NT 25 Part-turn actuator

Utilizing a BLDC motor and a wide-range voltage input makes a torque range of 25 Nm possible as well as different positioning times. As a consequence, the nT 25 is the ideal actuator for numerous applications in machine and plant engineerimg.

In contrast to brushed commutator motors BLDC motors offer unprecedented benefits with regard to endurance characteristics ans service life. No particles are created from brush wear. That effectively avoids lubricants being contaminated and operating performance deteriorating over time as a consequence.

The nT 25 is produced in series equipped with BLDC motor, wide-range input (90 … 264 V AC and 120 … 370 V DC as well as 24 V DC) and motor controller. Thanks to the holding torque the motor is able to hold the valve in the desired position when power is applied.
