A and M Electronics, Inc. has considerable experience in supplying full box build printed circuit assemblies for customers in a diverse range of industries. The circuit board assembly shown here, was built for a customer in the sound amplification industry, and represents how our state-of-the-art technologies and well-established processes enable us to provide rapid turnaround of complex projects.

Responsible for all phases of production from component sourcing to final packaging, we completed this project within our customers specified timeframe. We utilized our high throughput automated Ersa wave soldering equipment as well as a number of detailed manual assembly operations to build the board, which featured dimensions of 8″ x 13″. Aqueous cleaning ensured all traces of flux were removed, and inspections verified that there were no traces of ionic contamination that could cause premature failure. Additional quality assurance processes included both visual and automatic optical inspections to guarantee each board met the customer specifications.
