At A and M Electronics, Inc., we hold numerous industry certifications and are uniquely experienced meeting the requirements of many demanding military and aerospace standards. We produced the circuit card assembly shown here, which was intended for use in extreme environmental conditions. Working with customer specifications, we sourced the components, including specialty adhesive and coating materials. Post assembly, we applied a conformal coating to the board to protect the sensitive electronics from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes, which ensured zero-failure operation. Visual and automated optical inspections were executed in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management program. Our commitment to quality ensured that this component met all tolerance requirements as well as DOD-STD-1686, Class 2 standard for electrical discharge and MIL-STD-2000 for soldered electrical assemblies. Our personnel are certified to IPC-A-610 as well as ANSI/J-STD-001 All Classes.
