The conditioner printed wire assembly highlighted here was assembled for a defense industry customer. To ensure error-free production, we verified the solder paste stencil and feeder set-ups as well as placement accuracy on test boards prior to full production. We employed our Juki pick and place machine to mount the all of components, In addition to 100% visual inspections, we utilized sophisticated automated optical inspection equipment to verify the integrity of the solder joints, component values and component placement.
