MagAmp technology - MagAmp technology provides good arc and puddle control and offers years of reliable operation. The tough mechanical components handle the most demanding work environments.
Eight welding modules - Each module offers up to 300 amps output, or parallel modules for extra welding power. Each module can be connected for either DC straight or reverse polarity.*
Multiple capabilities - The Mark VIII-2 can handle Stick, DC-TIG welding, and wire welding (FCAW and MIG) with a voltage-sensing feeder. You can also use this one unit for Air Carbon Arc cutting and gouging.
Steel frame - Rugged and durable enclosure protects system
115 VAC duplex receptacle - Supplies 10 amps of auxiliary power.
*Consult ANSI Z49.1, Section 4 and OSHA, 29 CFR, subpart Q before connecting for both straight and reverse polarity.
