Founding of WEFAG

Herbert Hediger founds WEFAG on the basis of the former company "Ernst Wegmann Apparatebau". Under the leadership of Herbert Hediger, WEFAG developed into an internationally oriented production company based in Fällanden.

WEFAG moves into the new company building at Huebwisstrasse 2 in Fällanden.

CNC production with the corresponding pre- and post-processing of workpieces for customers in Switzerland and other European countries becomes the core competence of the company. Innovations with a corresponding willingness to take risks and invest, the highest quality in all areas and strict cost management are the pillars of success.
