Our heat exchangers are not only available as a standard version, but can also be individually designed for your application. The calculation is carried out using a precise calculation program, you will receive the drawing in 3D. During production, the heat exchangers are tested up to 5 times. The cooling performance can be verified on our performance test bench.

With a hydraulic or cooling system, you get a turnkey system from a single source. We not only take on the design and manufacture, we also assemble the complete system and put it into operation. All systems are tested for function and processing before delivery and provided with extensive documentation.

Service is very important to us - from project management to commissioning. Our customer service department ensures the professional repair of hydraulic components and is equipped with the latest test benches for final inspection. We also conduct error analysis and repairs at our customers' premises, whether at home or abroad.

The tube bundle heat exchangers, from our own production in the Czech Republic ( Universal Hydraulics CZ sro) , are subjected to a total of 5 test steps during production before they are delivered. Starting with the tube test (wall thickness measurement) to the final leak test of the complete cooler, these tests produce rejects that are better done on our premises than on our customer applications.

Among other things, the coolers are expanded with 100 bar on the water side. This puts an enormous strain on the material and at the same time represents a test step that is unique on the market.
