And this is exactly where research and development begins for us. We are listening. Are in constant dialogue with the everyday life of our customers and look for ways to put the finishing touches on our products, to give them the best idea in order to be able to position them as real problem solvers and optimizers. Sometimes that's a long way. Occasionally there are only small adjustments and adaptations. That's why contact with the working world in which our products have to perform is so important to us. We research and develop according to needs. There is nothing superfluous. But everything is relevant. The question of everyday life is the motivation of our engineers.
And it's very simple: teamwork. At any point and at any time. Our customers ask us questions, have a problem, but no solution. We think. And the Trotec engineers start designing. If the products are ready to be tested, they go into the trial phase. First in-house and then, via our employees, in real conditions. If everything fits, we have a new hero in the product portfolio. Otherwise there is the feedback to R&D and we start a new series of tests. What is important to us at Trotec is that we want to be and remain relevant.
Of course, we also value design. But that's the second step. Chic design alone is not enough for a Trotec problem solver. Design must help, be easy to use, and focus on ergonomics and convenience. We are climate optimizers, improvers and real contacts. For us, this is only possible with teamwork. Always in exchange, in dialogue with questions from everyday work. If we're on the right track, then we'll make the products really attractive. Because the eye works with you.
