From our humble beginning in a small hangar at the Elgin, Illinois airport in 1976, TRICOR now provides products and services world-wide from a modern 24,000 square foot building.
The constant thread that has brought companies both large and small to TRICOR can be found in our “Mission Statement.” TRICOR’s mission is to provide the highest quality products and services to government and industrial customers at the lowest possible cost. This mission statement applies to all products, contracted services and patented TRICOR products.
TOTAL PACKAGE
TRICOR can provide the total package from concept to product. Engineering expertise is available to design, prototype, test and provide the documentation for full production. Manufacturing utilizes computerized production control systems to schedule and control material. Product can be delivered fully tested and ready for use. TRICOR also offers design for manufacturability, repair depot services and limited environmental testing. Customer service provides the dual role of aiding customers with problems and preparation of operation and maintenance.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality is listed as the number one goal in our Employee Manual. We are an FDA registered, ITAR Registered and ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D and ISO 13485:2016 certified company.
Quality Assurance reports directly to the CFO and is specifically tasked with the authority and responsibility for product quality. Every operator is encouraged to report any and all suspected quality issues.
