The roTeg palletizing robots

Efficient : The palletizing robot system PARO ® has a modular structure. In this way, the palletizing area can be optimally adapted to the respective palletizing task – even later. The spectrum ranges from standard one-place cells, which are not much larger than the pallet itself, to palletizing systems with twelve pallet spaces or more. All of this is simply determined by a suitably long horizontal axis.

Profitable : The PARO ® palletizing robot is a four-axis robot whose axes have a special guide system: profiled, Teflon-coated Vulkollan rollers run on polished stainless steel tubes. In the meantime, this system has proven to be robust and maintenance-free in practice. With this simple system technology, many industrial handling processes in different performance ranges are already being automated economically. The PARO ® is durable and also suitable for use in extreme environments. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Simple : An industrial PC with a large touchscreen is used so that the palletizer can be controlled in a user-friendly manner. This allows employees to control the robot without the need for extensive training. The control software is based on a robot control developed by roTeg with CAN-Open communication to the drive system. The controllers are located in the "belly" of the palletizing robot, so that the cabling effort is low. All components of the palletizing system can be managed with this controller. In addition, operators can easily generate and edit packing schemes.
