The company was founded in 1974 by the Lerda family and, over the years, has seen its growth from a small family production company to an important industrial reality that today covers an area of 4000 m2, of which 3000 m2 are covered. and which currently has about fifty employees.
Over time, the company has been able to diversify the type of mechanical equipment it is able to build and design alongside the customer. In fact, the company operates in various sectors: in the automotive sector, also including processing for e-mobility, in the foundry, in the aerospace sector and in the food industry. This was possible thanks to the high professionalism and technical competence of the technical-commercial staff who, together with the production technicians and designers, have been able to offer and continue to offer its customers targeted solutions for every need.
The competence and know-how of the employees have allowed the company to obtain national and international patents , such as those obtained by the pneumatic de-coring hammer, a product marketed by the sister company OMLER srl and for which OMLER 2000 builds all the mechanical components.
During the entire production process, OMLER 2000 also uses state-of-the-art CNC machining systems and machine tools, according to the highest quality and exclusive standards of technological processes. The company has also obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
