Technology

Our engineering team works closely with your team to select and apply the most effective plastic injection molding technologies for your application, including multi-shot molding, overmolding, insert molding, in-mold decorating (IMD) and in-mold labeling (IML), , gas assist molding, stack molding technology.
In addition, EVCO Plastics employs the latest technologies and automation for secondary and integrated operations, providing fully labeled, decorated and assembled plastic injection molded parts and sub-assemblies for improved quality, increased efficiencies and overall cost savings. Some of these additional technologies include silk screening, pad printing, vacuum metallizing, hot stamping, shielding (EMI/RFI), ultrasonic welding, spin welding, vibration welding, machining, assembly and packaging.

As a global plastic injection molder, EVCO Plastics currently operates over 157 injection molding machines, both horizontal and vertical, ranging from 28 to 3,500 tons, and a medical clean room facility at nine manufacturing facilities strategically located in the United States, Mexico and China.
