Our team has about 190 collaborators who have always shared the continuous search for quality, technological excellence and customer satisfaction. Our highly specialized professionals, including technicians and programmers, work together to study and design solutions, methods and processes able to satisfy your requests and follow specific periodic training courses related to welding and the use of CAD software tools / CAM. Our engineers are ready to offer you qualified advice and adequate design assistance. For both design and structural verification, we use the most advanced software on the market, such as Tekla® and SolidWorks®.
TURNKEY SOLUTIONS
We offer our customers turnkey solutions, designing and manufacturing each product and related components in our factories. All processing takes place within the company, making it the sole responsible for the entire project and the entire life cycle of the plant. This guarantees the customer a significant economic saving and allows to obtain a finished product with guaranteed reliability. We personally take care of: feasibility study, structural and architectural design, carpentry and mechanical production, electrical switchboard construction and IT, on-site assembly and safety management, start-up and testing, after-sales and assistance. We also carry out works on existing projects.
QUALITY
All our products are Made in Italy, comply with safety and environmental regulations and are accompanied by a CE declaration of conformity. The processes are carried out with numerical control equipment, the steels and profiles are of certified quality and origin, the components are the best on the market. All the carpentry structures are verified for installations in the “cat. 2 ”or specially designed for more extreme conditions. The design and production are guaranteed by the application of the ISO EN 9001: 2008 standards. We are in possession of the qualification certificate for the execution of Public Works for the OS 18-A Category, Classification IV.
