• Absence of foundation works, replaced by a carpentry frame for direct support on compacted ground or concrete slab.
• Pre-assembly, made with fully hot-dip galvanized structures.
• Supporting structure of the ramp entirely in steel and hot galvanized.
• Pre-assembled, hinged and fully reclosable bulkheads and side rails for inert containment.
• Pre-wiring, with electrical panel and controls already positioned in the control cabin.
The FAST series is also capable of great performances , previously considered unthinkable for a mobile system. The production cycle, which reaches 130 m 3 of concrete in one hour , is comparable only to that of a major stationary batching plant. The storage capacities for cement are also very high, such as to ensure daily coverage of the site.
