As a leading HMI manufacturer, we want to set market benchmarks with our ethical principles and professional standards. The EAO Code of Conduct is part of our corporate philosophy. It provides all employees with guidelines for enacting the central corporate principles of the EAO Group in daily working life. It expresses the company’s expectations of its employees and business partners; defines the standards for legal and regulatory compliance; and contains our principles on communication, employees’ rights, health and safety, and financial integrity.
