Founded in 1994 as a light metal fabrication shop, Cherokee is entering its 29th year of providing services for the cotton industry.  Our growth has been fueled through the years by the loyalty and support of our valued customers. This commitment has allowed us to expand our product line to where we now engineer and manufacture complete ginning systems for the processing of raw seed cotton.  Our comprehensive line of durable and reliable cotton ginning machinery is fully supported by a staff that collectively combines over 1000 years of knowledge and experience in product development, sales, engineering, manufacturing and service.  Featuring our award-winning Magnum 270 saw gin stand, the world’s highest capacity cotton gin, Cherokee’s saw-gin lineup leads all challengers in innovation and performance.  Our growth has expanded our international footprint which now encompasses ginning operations running in North America, South America, Africa and Australia.  Intuitive, dependable, accessible, these are the qualities we engineer into our product line to give the end user the most efficient ginning systems available in the market today.  Remembering our past yet always looking to the future, Cherokee is proud to be a part of the significant place Alabama holds in the development of the cotton industry.
