AboutCast Technologies, Inc

Cast Technologies Company History

Cast Technologies is one of the oldest machining shops in the country and a leading Illinois foundry. Founded In 1887 by E.B. Hazen, the company was originally called The Brass Foundry and Furnace Co., and served the local manufacturing community.

In the last 134 years, the company has grown to one of the foremost and most experienced non-ferrous foundries in the country. We’re a third-generation family-owned business, with the capabilities to service Fortune 500 companies nationwide. Our company is known for having a personal touch and family traditions, as well as an eye on the future.

With over 250,000 Sq. Ft. of shop and office space, we are still headquartered in Peoria, Illinois-a prime location for shipping to all of our customers. Despite our size, we are proud of our quality record and will happily share it with you at any time. We feel that in order for quality to be “a given”, it first needs to be a priority. At Cast Technologies we make supplying a quality casting our #1 priority.
