BVM are located in Southampton, established in 1989. We provide a range of standard industrial PC (IPC) products and associated custom services and are long recognised for our abilities as a systems integrator to a customer base spread across a range of industry verticals in the UK, central Europe and the USA.
Because of the nature of our work, we additionally provide services around integration (and design) of power supplies, PC peripherals, TFT displays, cabling assemblies, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & cellular modems for connectivity, GPS, multiple channel capture cards, generic & customised operating systems and low level or complex design of custom electronics for provision of central and peripheral functionality.
From a software perspective, we have a range of embedded operating system services, implementing generic operating systems through to providing fully customised versions where user accounts and application configurations are pre-installed (embedded) within the operating system. Our services are inclusive of maintenance & updates for the product’s complete lifetime.
Manufacturing & Design Services
BVM’s expertise is turning designs into solutions that can be practically manufactured. As well producing designs from scratch, we’re more than happy to take existing designs – even if they’re just an idea, concept or a design that you can’t practically repeat yourself – and turn them into reproducible products utilising problem solving & proving techniques along the way. In short, we ensure that any design we produce can be manufactured on a repeatable basis.
As part of our ‘build to order’ services, we also provide a range of cable manufacturing services – serving many different sectors including Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Military, Transportation, Medical and Industrial Automation.
Based out of our Southampton facility, we manufacture and build complex cable harnesses, wiring looms – from simple control boxes, power & distribution boxes to more complex systems. Our cabling services consist of providing initial designs & prototyping samples moving through to production & test and delivery.
