We have further developed the tandem blow and multi-cavity technology to enable cost-effective mass production in reproducible article quality with very large quantities. Our co-extrusion heads with spiral mandrels produce multi-layer food packaging with minimal wall thicknesses, resulting in significant raw material savings and low weight. The barrier layers integrated with this process reduce the diffusion processes of the filling goods and extend the shelf life. In addition, we have decades of experience in the field of sterile blow molding of plastic packaging for sensitive products such as milk and juices.

In addition to the functional requirements for the packaging, body care products from the cosmetics sector are also and above all about the look and feel for sales promotion. Our co-extrusion concepts Deco (2-layer), Bi-Ex (3-layer) and Co-Ex (4- to 6-layer) allow the production of smooth or so-called soft-touch surfaces in addition to the barrier protection of the ingredients in the outer layer - for an optimal presentation of your branded products. With household cleaners or agrochemicals, you can use co-extrusion to produce reliable barrier protection against toxic and chemical filling goods. Gas and permeation barriers also significantly extend the shelf life of high-quality filling goods.
