Emerging from AEG , AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH has only borne its name since 1998. The company has been owner-managed since 2006.

The history of AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik dates back to 1939. At that time still part of the AEG conglomerate , it has now been privately owned since 2006 as a result of a management buyout.
