Individual series products
Thanks to our high demands on our individual customer solutions, we have already been able to develop numerous solutions that have made the switch to the series product. Thus, the SuperClean stainless steel conveyor systems, which are characterized by previously unattainable hygienic properties, are among the latest series products from our company. These and many other solutions, from the filling dosing scales to the shredding conveyor, virtually only need to be adapted to the required dimensions and production can begin. It does not work more efficiently. Flexible and fast Our production and assembly for customized solutions is designed according to the workshop principle. A team of skilled workers is responsible for the entire manufacturing process of the individual sales order. This form of design is ideal to ensure maximum flexibility in terms of customer requirements. At the same time, we are constantly investing in machines and systems that make the share of our mass production in conveyor technology even more efficient. Thus, step by step, we are increasing our productivity with standard components in the direction of flow production, without neglecting the high degree of customization of our customer-specific solutions.
CNC and metalworking
As much automated machine production as possible, as much individual production as necessary. In-house belt assembly Thanks to in-house belt assembly, Apullma offers you a complete conveyor technology service from a single source. Your advantage: The conveyor table and conveyor belt are optimally matched already during construction. We assemble standard goods such as plastic modular belts, hinged plate belts or wire mesh belts as well as rubber and plastic belts of all kinds. Compared to "normal steels", it requires a significantly higher qualification in cutting, turning, drilling and grinding as well as in welding, bending or forming.
For example, we use innovative water-jet technology for cutting steel plates. This avoids heating and burring of the material and thus makes it possible to cut all types of stainless steel sheets with high precision and without deformations.

When processing stainless steel, it is also important to preserve the desired material properties. Thus, by improper welding or forming the corrosion protection of the stainless steel surface damaged and can not be restored by subsequent, purely mechanical surface treatment.
