Management Policy
Our management system operates in accordance to a methodology based on the National Quality Foundation excellence criteria, which makes us constantly seek to find improvements for planning, execution and process analysis. The methods and tools used are in accordance to international management models and standards. These processes, which are fundamental for the company’s strategic planning, ensure quality to all requirements determined by the market and partner companies.
Our constant search for quality started to bring results in 1993, when we became the fifth company of Rio Grande do Sul state to get ISO9001 certification. In 2010, we have been recertified with ISO 9001:2018 and, recently, we have been awarded with the 2015 standard version. In addition to these important milestones, we achieved, also, four management award trophies from a local Quality Program - Programa Gaúcho de Qualidade.
