Forged Steel Gate Valve

XHVAL is a manufacturer of five gate valves. Cast steel low-pressure gate valves have a bolted bonnet type design with metal-to-metal seating. The connectors can come as flanged or butt-weld. Cast steel low-pressure gate valves are suitable for petrochemical, oil and gas as well as power industries.

Cast steel seal gate valves are offered in four materials: WCB for feed water lines, WC6 and WC9 for steam lines, and C12A for high-temperature applications. These valves can come in a wedge- type disc or parallel slide disc type. 

Used in high-temperature steam and water applications, forged steel gate valves are offered in either threaded or socket connectors. On the other hand, flat gate valves are shut-off class type gate valves with guaranteed zero leakage. These have passed the API 598 and API 6D standards.

GOST gate valves are NACE-compliant. These are suitable for oil, gas and other services that need tight shut-off. These are also compliant with API 600, ASME B16.34 and BS 1414.
