Forged Steel Check Valve

XHVAL produces several check valves for various applications. Cast steel low-pressure check valves and the cast steel pressure steel check valves come in a bolted bonnet design with flanged or butt-weld connections. 

Forged steel check valve follow the ASME class 150 and ASME 2500 regulations. These have a reduced bore design with screwed, butt-weld, socket-weld or flanged connections.

Dual plate wafer check valves are more lightweight than the conventional full body type. These are spring-loaded so there is guaranteed low cracking pressure. On the other hand, tilting plate check valves can withstand up to 600-lb pressure. Non-slam check valves have a valve-size range of 2 inches up to 36 inches.
