In cooperation with INMATEC, we offer high-quality nitrogen generators based on PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology. The nitrogen thus produced is of particularly high purity*.
The PSA technology is based on the so-called adsorption principle: The nitrogen and oxygen molecules in the incoming air are separated in a carbon molecular sieve (CMS). The larger nitrogen molecules migrate through the activated carbon of the sieve. They are fed into a downstream system tank by means of compressed air. The high-purity nitrogen is ready for use there.
As soon as the high-quality activated carbon is completely saturated with the oxygen molecules, it is switched to a second pressure swing adsorption tank. This also contains a carbon molecular sieve. The first tank regenerates in the meantime. This procedure ensures a continuously high quantity and purity of the nitrogen.
Continuous quality control is ensured by measuring the compressed air temperature, compressed air pressure, nitrogen pressure and nitrogen purity. All measured values are documented on our clear INMATEC touch control panel and can be monitored by remote control from any computer station in the world.

* The pressure swing adsorption technology enables a supply of nitrogen with a purity of up to 6.0 / 1.0 ppm (residual oxygen) and delivery quantities of 0.5 - 10,000 Nm³/h.
