Whether in the aluminum industry, automotive construction or in food production - the requirements for the traceability of the raw materials used or the reproducibility of the production parameters used are constantly increasing.
Our MCVIS process control and visualization system is industry-independent and modular. A wide range of standard functions guarantee easy adaptation to customer-specific requirements. MCVIS thus represents the optimal solution for the individual automation task of our customers. MCVIS is based on the current Microsoft products for database solutions and visualization. Through the use of standardized protocols, MCVIS enables uniform interfaces to the higher-level ERP system (e.g. SAP) and to the connected controllers - regardless of the controller type used. Thanks to its open structures, MCVIS can be implemented step by step and can therefore be used from simple processing machines to complex automation lines.
In addition to the entire planning and implementation, the scope of services provided by Böhler Controls also includes the creation of specifications for third-party systems and the writing of example programs for third-party suppliers at the control level.
Existing controls can thus be integrated and a uniform user interface can be implemented for the entire system.
