SWITCHES ASSEMBLY

Velomat manufactures assembly systems for low and high tension switches with a considerable number of components.

The operations performed on these lines depend on the type of switch:

• Assembly of plastic components

• Assembly and crimping contacts and other copper components

• Automatic Calibration of thermal and magnetic circuit

• Laser, ink jet, hot marking for traceability.

Tthe assembly lines are developed on free pallet lines with occasionally the presence of index satellites for the assembly of components with smaller sizes.
