Velomat Assembly Automation

ACTUATORS AND SPRAY CAPS ASSEMBLY

To complete the range of machines for the production of micro-pumps, Velomat provides assembly machines that assemble the insert on actuators and caps for micro-pumps or valves.

For perfume actuators there is an additional module for the assembly of anodized covers.

Two types of platforms are available: index up to 150 pieces per minute or continuous kinematic up to 1000 pieces per minute.

The machines are combined with flow test systems for checking the correct application of the insert on the actuator or its defective hole shape.
