Tuttle is a custom fabrication specialist. If you can buy something out of a catalog to meet your needs, that is not us. If you need something unique, strange or different or you have something that kind of does what you want it too, but it needs changed or modified to do what you need it to do, that is where Tuttle can help. We are experts in stainless steel fabrication for cGMP industries having served the Food, Pet Foot, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries for over 25 years, however we build custom systems all the time with carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, exotic metals, plastics, composites and rubber materials. We design around the capabilities of our water jet and laser equipment to utilize sheet materials wherever possible. Tuttle produces high quality items as simple as tables and carts to very complex automated equipment and everything in-between. ALL of our fabricated components are drawn and fully piece parted by our Engineering department so we maintain full and complete records for everything we produce. Although we are a custom fabricator, we do complete production based projects where it is a fit. If you are not sure if we can do it for you, give us a call.
