Controls Integration

Tuttle is a complete turn-key manufacturer with the ability to self perform the electrical and controls on all of our custom equipment and systems. The members of our team are field experienced, so operator safety is of primary concern and each piece of equipment is designed from the very beginning with the appropriate safety components. The members of our controls team are involved in all aspects of the project from concept development through testing and site installation. Each project has a complete design with a full documentation package. Equipment panels are built, installed and the equipment is wired and programmed in our shop. Electrical testing and debug is executed with members of the design and fabrication team that built the mechanical elements of the equipment.

The Tuttle controls team is versatile, with experience in several controls platforms in order to meet the individual needs of the broad range of our business partners. Allen Bradley based systems are the Tuttle standard, but we have experience with ABB, Siemens and Mitsubishi as well.

Although our controls team focuses on Tuttle designed and built equipment, we do execute field services for our business partners as well. Tuttle has assisted with modifications to existing controls systems, machine controls rebuilds, machine controls upgrades, troubleshooting and a multitude of field services.
