Form automated mixed trays

For the consumer, the selection on mixed trays is a matter of course: a tray with six types of soup to choose from, a tray with 30 yoghurts or a tray with three types of instant coffee - they meet customer requirements at a glance. It used to be a challenge for the manufacturer: Employees packed mixed trays by hand from single-variety trays according to instructions.

This is now done by the fully automated TRAPO picker line - adaptable to all industries:

• Articulated-arm robots depalletize the sorted trays and place them on the sorting line
• Delta pickers pick up the cans one after the other and form them into the desired tray combination according to specifications
• A high-performance gantry inserts the tray combination into an existing tray
• the palletizing of the mixed trays follows
