For the proper performance of a continuous pulper working with recycled paper (Toscotec Low Density Pulper), a cleaning unit such as the ragger TT RG is required to be installed.  This makes it possible to extract from the stock a wide range of wire-shaped contaminants such as metal wires, plastic bags, rags, ropes, etc.Thanks to its special open and sturdy design, the performance of the TT RG is not affected by the length and diameter of the extracted rope that is kept in position by the constant pressure of the top wheel. No slippage occurs thanks to its ribbed wheels.The operating speed of the TT RG can be set via DCS in order to optimize the working sequence and allows the torque to be controlled in accordance with the quantity of contaminants existing in the processed recycled paper.The closed frame design and the direct drive enable easy cleaning and trouble-free operation
