Modular transverse handling systems

DWS 4 transverse conveyors serve for transverse-feed prisms to the centering conveyor  The prism is either directly laid by the operator or shifted from the previous longitudinal conveyors (most commonly from conveyors of belt saws).

The transverse conveyors are equipped with their own chain drive and pneumatically controlled stops. The stops allow you to control the slipping of prisms on the infeed conveyor.

The number of tracks is optional - depending on the ratio of the shortest and longest running lengths of  prisms.

Conveyor control is integrated into the control panel of the centering conveyo.
