Specific sensors

THERMOCOAX specific sensors are all constructed using the mineral insulated cable technology :

• TURBOCOAX ® capacitive sensors are used to measure the clearance between the tip of blades and turbo engine casings.

• VIBRACOAX ® piezoelectric axle sensor is used to count and weight in motion of the vehicles on the road.

• NEUTROCOAX ® Self Powered Neutron Detectors (SPND) measure in core neutron flux. They are used for flux mapping or for safety systems.

• The linear sensor NEGACOAX® is for overheating and fire detector
