ELECTRIC HEATING SYSTEMS DESIGN
Our 3 phase heaters are suitable for both small and large capacity industrial applications ranging from 10kW to 5+ MW of power, and we offer vertical and horizontal configurations to suit a wide range of indoor or outdoor settings. Our electric heating systems are capable of controlling temperatures up to 750°F, with operating voltages ranging from 480 to 575 V and a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz.
To ensure optimal performance, we offer a variety of critical components, including the heater, burner, specially designed isolation valves, strainer, pump, degasser, safety controls, expansion tank, SCR, and power controls.
Our other design capabilities include:
- Mount design. We offer stand-alone, skid mounted, and customized mounting options to ensure a system that is suited to your facility.
- Optional features. We offer a variety of optional features to accommodate any potential risk factors or other requirements for your facility. These features include temperature control valves, explosion-proofing elements, flue gas recovery, drain tanks, and secondary loops.
