The MPX is a versatile metal welding system, designed for a variety of applications in the cable harness and battery industries. A wide range of applications can be welded with the standard press system. Standardized modules are utilized for widely used contacts.

The modular construction kit includes several power classes and power levels. The functionality driven design of the TelsoFlex software is intuitive and provides the optimum process control. The highly comprehenvise data collection system can be accessed through modern interfaces and can also be easily stored externally.

Application Fields

The MPX metal welding system is widely used for welding copper alloys, aluminum alloys and other non-ferrous metals. Due to modularization, the same components are used in semi-automatic welding presses and fully automated lines. The robust construction is designed for 24/7 operations in industrial environments. The flexability of the modular system facilitates the quick changeover of applications.
