UHPR racks hardened, ground, helically toothed

These UHPR racks have been specially developed for applications that require precise positioning, high repeatability and the setting of the smallest possible linear play between the pinion and rack.

• helically toothed
• Module: 2 and 3
• Rack length: 1000mm
• Maximum feed force: 19.5 kN (m=2) or 28.5 kN (m=3)
• Total pitch error: GTf/1000mm = 0.030mm
• Tooth thickness tolerance: -15µm
• Tempered steel for maximum hardness and high resistance to wear
• Gearing hardened using a high-performance hardening process
• Gear rack profile ground on all sides for maximum precision and minimal linear play
