ATLANTA Service Tool

With the web-based tool " Atlanta Service " (no installation required) - the digital change in the product area " racks " succeeds.

Scheduling and replacing our steering racks is almost child's play with the Atlanta Service Tool . Each rack from our supplier is provided with a 2D matrix code , which can be scanned with a mobile phone and the tool on our partner's website via the " Product scan" menu item. After the scan has been completed, stored measured values ​​are accessed and the customer is offered the following options:

Retrieval of product-specific information

• "Digital twin" request : The required gear rack is requested with this function and can be replaced 1:1. This is particularly helpful if the racks are already installed and damage would occur to one of the racks , for example.
• Mapping of rack sections : Using the scanned 2D matrix codes on the racks , the tool creates the most optimal assembly sequence . Thanks to the " digital toothed rack " it is no longer necessary to rearrange, assemble or align the entire toothed rack line.
