If you need a part that is round or has many different contours, Styberg can do it. An added attraction is that Styberg can take parts up to .500” thick and blank them in a punch press, form different steps and then machine an interesting shape to the inside and/or outside contours all in one plant.

STYBERG’S STRONG SECONDARY ASSETS INCLUDE THE ABILITY TO:

• Machine parts from 3″ to 24” OD to any size
• Contour and/or finish requirements to a tolerance of less than .0004” ; either horizontally or vertically
• Vertical machine parts that required up to 52 different tool changes in one operation in a 5-axis environment
