With over 35 years of experience building PCB’s SBC has developed a wide array of capabilities and technologies at our Chandler Arizona Facility.
In our ITAR Registered, ISO 9001:2015 compliant facilities we build product from double-sided up to 22 Layers including a wide variety of product types and HDI Interconnect technologies.
We offer different Laminates and Surface Finishes to match with technology and RoHS requirements.
PCB Manufacturing Laminates include: High Temperature FR4 170Tg, Rogers 3000 & 4000 Series, Nelco N4000-13 & Nelco N4000-7, plus some Polyimide substrates. Additionally other materials upon request. This variety of laminates allows our customers to meet their electrical performance and environmental requirements.
We also offer a wide variety of Surface Finishes. Options include: ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), Silver, and leaded HASL. ENIG and Silver are RoHS compliance choices, with Silver being slightly less expensive. Leaded HASL is the lowest cost, “not” RoHS compliant but a good choice if product stays in the US and layout not a high pitch, HDI, or BGA design. Leaded HASL is also the best option for soldering in assembly.
To round out our capabilities; Trace & Width Spacing are standard at .004”/.004”, we offer PCB Fab’s with Controlled Impedance, HDI Interconnects, Non-Conductive Via Fill, Blind and Buried Vias, and Overall Thickness between .020” - .230”.
Once high volume is achieved, at customer approval, we offer offshore options for a variety of technologies and capabilities.
