SOMACIS has a large portfolio of materials and manufacturing technologies to produce all kinds of rigid multilayer boards, from single or double-layer PCBs with special mechanical or material requirements, up to extremely complex HDI/SBU with advanced features.

MLBs with more than 40 layers, SBU with up to 7 sequential layers, stacked or staggered microvias, copper or resin filling, thick copper, embedded passives, thermal management and low CTE solutions, etc. are among our specialties.

LDI (laser direct imaging) is used for all our products.
