Types of shields

We produce galvanic heaters with different types of shields:

Quartz crystals are chemically resistant to all baths except hydrofluoric and fluoric acid and chromium baths. Quartz coat can be destroyed only in a mechanical way, not thermal, quartz glass is resistant to so-called "thermal shock" (rapid changes in temperature).

Teflon are resistant to all types of baths, as the only ones that can withstand in a fluoride chrome bath or in a bath with hydrofluoric acid.

Steel , made of stainless steel, can be suitable for acidic and alkaline baths. The steel grade depends on the type of bath AISI 304, 321, 316L, 316Ti
