Cartridge heaters

Cartridge heaters are designed for heating solid bodies, most often they work in holes in metal parts, but they can also be used for heating liquids and gases.

Technical informations

Cartridge heaters are elements with a special design allowing the emission of a large amount of heat from small surfaces of the heater.

Thanks to the technology of inserting patron heaters we can obtain maximum power up to 30W // cm2.

Heating elements are closed by reducing the outside diameter of the heater so that the heating element is surrounded by a very compressed insulator in the form of pure magnesium oxide.

All patron heaters produced by our company are ground to size specified by the customer in the accuracy class H7.
