USB to RS485/422 Isolated Converter (SS3580-USB)

SS3580-USB is an isolated interface converter between USB and asynchronous serial line RS485/RS422. The full isolation between USB and RS485/422 serial line removes potential ground-loop effects and allows the use of the device even in the heavy environmental

conditions. The device is designed to interface both serial line RS422 (full-duplex 4 wires) and serial line RS485 (half-duplex 2 wires), with a baud-rate transmission up to 115.2 kbps. Transmission is asynchronous and does not require setting of protocol, data format and baud rate.
