WHAT IS A COAXIAL CABLE ASSEMBLY?
A coaxial cable assembly organizes multiple coax cables into a single package that’s convenient to install and maintain. Each coax or coaxial cable has an inner conductor or center core that’s surrounded by a tubular insulating layer. In turn, this dielectric insulator is surrounded by a metallic shield. Often, PVC or Teflon is used.
