The Russell Compact Airlock Sieve™ is a high-quality vibratory sifter for check screening your products. It is ideal for screening incoming ingredients and final production checks on finished powders. The patented TLI (twist, lock and inflate) airlock clamping system creates a validatable OEL level 5 containment, stopping any dust particles leaking from the sieve. It also allows simple strip down without the need for any tools. The cGMP design is based on clean lines that  allows for quick and easier cleaning, saving time while improving sanitation.

Product containment is ensured with the patented TLI pneumatic clamping system. Parts are easily fixed into place by twisting and locking the lid. More importantly, this safeguards operator’s health and safety by reducing dust levels and providing validatable OEL 5 containment (less than 1µg/m3).
