TECHNI-GRIP is a workholding system designed to solve challenges created when CNC milling. TECHNIGRIP design uses pre-machined dovetail clamping on the part to clamp the part for machining, allowing maximum access for 5 axis machining from all directions.
Benefits of TECHNIGRIP mean saving time when setting up your parts as multiple parts can be set up on a single unit. All stock is standardised when prepped, all parts are held the same, all jobs are setup the same, part datum positions remain the same. All up: significant labour savings.

5 Axis
With sizes ranging from 2” to 10”, multiple parts can be made with an easy swap of the vise on to an already dialed in base. Features the same rigid clamping as classic Techni-Grip workholding and utilizes the same hardware. 5 Axis assembly (Bolt down), 5 Axis assembly (Bolt back), 5 Axis assembly, 5″ Universal and a 5 Axis riser is also available. Universal fixtures
As modular Universal fixtures, these units can be used individually or in multiples, by utilizing different configurations such as side by side or in a string for larger jobs. Available in 5″, 12″ and 16″ Universal, 24″ Full height, 24″ Low profile, 30″ x 6″ Universal assembly, 24″ x 8″ Universal assembly and 36″ Universal. 4th Axis
Technigrip 4-axis workholdingvises provide all the features and versatility of Technigrip tombstones with the added functionality of being adaptable for horizontal or vertical 4-axis milling set-ups.
