Description: The system is designed to take on mobile palletizing tasks easily and flexibly - without changing the existing infrastructure. The mobile palletizer can be brought to the desired location using a hand pallet truck. After connecting the media supply (electricity and compressed air), the products can be automatically removed from an existing conveyor system and palletized. The palletizing pattern can be specified easily and intuitively on the HMI, mirrored layers can be implemented at the push of a button.If a pallet place is completely occupied, work continues without interruption on the second pallet place. Meanwhile, the operator safely exchanges the pallet. The system automatically detects this change without interrupting the process.The camera integrated on the robot offers additional functions for other applications such as the recognition of product identification or increased accuracy requirements.The system can also be used to depalletize products.
