Advanced 3D High-Speed Machining expands our Machining Capabilities to process parts faster in a more conventional way. This allows us to process multiple operations in one set-up. We are also able to process Advanced contouring that other shops are unable to offer. High Speed Machining
High Speed Machining is the process of making Light Milling passes at High Spindle Speeds and High Feed Rates to achieve a High rate of metal removal. We use this process to achieve Faster Machining times on parts to cut cost and offer our customers better pricing and turnaround time.
High Production Machining
High Production Machining is the processing of long term production parts (As needed Weekly Shipment) or large quantity orders (orders of 1000+ parts). We also offer stocking options to our customers to help with delivery and production schedules.
Four-Axis Milling
Four-Axis Machining is the Manufacturing process where the CNC Mill is able to rotate a part in a 90° Rotating Axis Head. This enables us to machine multiple sides of a part while only placing the part in the machine once. This Decreases the production time of a part by eliminating the removal and placement of the part in another set-up. This also allows us to Machine side features on a parts.
