2TX gas boosters

The 2TX gas boosters employ up to four oil-free single acting cylinders on a ""V"" type crosshead design crankcase. Heat exchangers, compression cylinders and crankcase are all air cooled.

The cylinders and heads are lightweight and easily removed. Replacement of rings and valves requires only about one hour.

The compressor has a pressurized sealed crankcase to allow for the compression of rare or hazardous gases, and moisture separators can be added for wet gases.

The RIX 2TX compressors are the ideal match for small flow, low and medium pressure gas compression applications.

Low pressure : 20 - 150 psig discharge to 8000 SCFH (215 nm3/hr)

Medium pressure : 150 - 750 psig discharge to 3000 SCFH (80 nm3/hr)
